First of all.... holy geez, my baby is 10 years old! What happened?!? Oh, and he is every bit of his pre-teeness. I can't believe that 10 years has flown by already. Before I go all nostalgic and teary eyed... let me tell you about his 10th birthday week.
Mom started his week by taking him to Universal Studios for 2 days. He spent most of his time there at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. According to my mom, they had a blast. I do not have any pictures of those 2 days, but I can only imagine his reactions to Harry Potter land (or whatever.) He is a Harry Potter freak... he's read all of the books at least once and seen the movies probably 10 times a piece at this point.
Allen, Connor and I joined them Thursday afternoon. We decided to get the most bang for our buck, we would go to downtown Disney and just hang out together. We had a blast. Daniel had his first birthday dinner at T-Rex Cafe. It was really a lot of fun. Anyone with little boys who like dinosaurs should go there at some point.
That's my boat! (I used to hate the Forrest Gump references with my name, but I have grown to fully embrace it)
The Lego Experience - standing with the Lego Hulk
Dinner at T-Rex Cafe (Connor hates anything loud so the entire dinner was spent with at least one hand on one ear)
Friday morning we woke up and took the boys to Legoland. This was our first time there and it was amazing! I will let the pictures do the talking!

It was an amzing day! Not very crowded, not very hot. Connor was big enough for almost all of the rides. Daniel had a blast. So did we! Can't wait to go back!
After the park, we took Daniel to birthday dinner #2. His wish was Red Lobster for crab legs and a lava cake.
He ate the whole thing (minus 3-4 bites) by himself. I was amazed.... then worried that we wouldnt make it back to the hotel!
He got a ton of stuff.... mostly books. He was a Happy boy!
On Saturday, Daniel's actual birthday, he wanted to go play putt-putt before we headed home.

We then packed up and headed home. We had chicken wings and a cake waiting for him when he got home.
Overall it was an amazing week for him and us. I cannot believe my baby is 10 years old.... 6 years away from driving. I cant really handle all of this.
We are having family party for him on Easter Sunday and then he is having his first sleep over the following weekend. Lord help us!
